Hello and thank you for looking at our company web site.  We are Tom and Cindy Chelednik.  We have two children, one in middle  school and one in high school.  We live and operate our family owned business right here in Martin County.

We know what it is like to own multiple properties. In the past, we owned additional homes either in another city or even another state from our main residence.  We would  worry about leaving the home empty for months at a time.  That was one concern, along with "is the water heater leaking, air conditioner working, and are the pest control, lawn, and pool services showing up routinely?"

We have the knowledge and experience that is necessary to look for problems and the capability to get things repaired promptly without costing you a fortune.  We will not let you be taken advantage of by vendors.

We take a lot of pride in our home and we will extend the same pride to your home.  Our goal is to help you attain some peace of mind when you are not here in sunny Florida.
